We use a privacy-friendly statistics service to count visits and see which pages are read. It uses no cookies and doesn't track you across websites.

We don't sell your data, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't make automated decisions about you.

3. Who processes data for us

We use a few service providers to run this website and answer you. They handle personal data on our behalf, only for the purposes above:

Type of providerWhat they handle
Form serviceDelivers form messages to our mailbox and keeps a copy for up to 3 years. To filter spam, it may check your IP address and email address with spam-filtering services, and the form shows a bot check (a captcha) that runs in your browser and sends technical data such as your IP address to the captcha provider.
Email providerOur mailbox, where your message arrives and our reply is sent from.
CalendarWhere a booked call is saved: the time, your name and email, and the booking form.
Hosting providerStores the website files and writes the server logs (IP address, page, time).
Website delivery and securityDelivers the website, protects it against attacks, and counts visits.

Some of these providers are based outside the European Union, or may process data there. Where that's the case, the transfer relies on a safeguard the GDPR allows, such as an adequacy decision of the European Commission, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for the details at privacy@consulting-avit.com.

4. Cookies

We don't use cookies for analytics or advertising, and we don't track you. Only strictly necessary security cookies may be set, to tell real visitors apart from automated traffic. They're needed for the site to work securely, so they don't require your consent.

If you ask us to delete your data, we delete it from our mailbox and ask our form provider to delete its copy.
